Mobility & Maintenance Massage $115.50 (60min)

Mobility & Maintenance Massage focuses on helping active bodies stay loose, mobile, and functioning well. Treatments incorporate passive stretching and targeted massage to improve range of motion and relieve built-up muscle tension. This style of massage is ideal for people who want to stay flexible, recover from activity, and maintain healthy movement.

Orthopaedic Assessment & Massage $120 (60min)

For your first appointment, we'll complete a comprehensive assessment to locate the precise site of injury. From this assessment, we'll be able to create a unique treatment program to address your specific needs. It takes approximately 30 minutes, and with the remaining time, you'll receive a massage to lower your discomfort.

Orthopaedic Massage $120 (60min)

The majority of your 60 minute follow up appointment will consist of a massage. However, it may also include a quick assessment to track your progress and/or learning remedial take-home exercises to help you recover faster!
